| When I was growing up, Christians believed God was a mean God and would take a loved one to make YOU a better person. In the 1940's when Oral Roberts started saying God is good, and something good is going to happen to you today, people wanted to kill him. But now, sixty years later, it seems that most Christian churches have accepted the notion that God is good all the time, or always in a good mood. There are even popular church songs that say it over and over. We've fallen into the ditch on the other side of the road! But where is the center of the road? Where should we be on this issue?
